Tiger Lillies
"Their surreal style has been described as darkly humorous, strangely humorous, random, Brechtian, gypsy cabaret. They are notorious for singing controversial songs involving bestiality, prostitution and blasphemy." -- Wikipedia
"The presentation of their work is equally shocking. Their stage presence with demented makeup and costuming conjures up thoughts of demonic clowns and silent movie zombies, playing arcane instruments, including a drum kit fashioned with kitchen utensils." -- Anonymous review
"It’s hard to pin down the Tiger Lillies’ musical style. Often, it pulls from German cabaret sounds, other times it has been described as circus music. The band’s lyrical concerns float about the macabre and perverted — tales of pimps and hookers and criminals and misfits and violence. " -- AMG

All the rude, disobedient, fidgety, absent-minded and dirty children come to their ill-fated ends because of their naughty behaviors. Thank you so very much for this. Many years ago I ordered a Tiger Lillies cd from a reputable record store here in Australia and received Natalie Merchant's TigerLily lol. Thank you again much appreciated.
The links are backwards. The Gorey title takes you to shockhead and visa versa.
OOPS - The links are fixed now. Thanks for pointing that out.
