A kind anonymous donor has donated the 2nd half of the 2 disc compliation Heaven? and Hell! that was released in 1986 when The Residents left Ralph Records. This is a nice set because they include material that was done when many believe The Residents were at their peak. I guess it's about as close to a "best of" that's possible.
